Lumen Sites(“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides website design and development services. This policy explains what information we collect through lumensites.co(the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Contact & inquiry information. When you use the contact form, book a consultation, or submit a project brief, we collect your name, email address, and any details you choose to share (business name, project description, message content).
  • Payment information. When you purchase a package, payment is processed entirely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card number or other payment details. Stripe handles that in accordance with its own privacy policy and PCI-DSS obligations.
  • Scheduling information. When you book a call through our Cal.com booking widget, Cal.com collects the scheduling details you provide (name, email, selected time). See Cal.com’s own privacy policy for how they handle that data.
  • Automatically collected information. Our hosting provider, Vercel, may log standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance purposes. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.

How we use your information

We use the information above to respond to inquiries, provide requested services, deliver and manage projects you’ve purchased, schedule and conduct calls, and send you project-related communications. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers listed above that are necessary to operate this Site and deliver our services (Stripe, Cal.com, Formspree, and Vercel).

Data retention

We retain contact form and project brief submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to complete your project and for our business records, typically no longer than 3 years after our engagement ends, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@lumensites.co. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children’s privacy

This Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
