Services

We offer website design and development packages as described on the Site, including Basic Build, Professional Build, and Custom projects. Package inclusions, turnaround estimates, and revision allowances are described in the Packages section of the Site and may be updated from time to time.

Ordering & payment

• Basic Build and Professional Build packages are purchased directly through Stripe after completing a short project brief. Full payment is due at the time of purchase to begin work.
• Custom projects are scoped individually following a consultation call, and are typically billed as a deposit to begin work and a final payment due at launch, as agreed in writing before work begins.
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.

Turnaround & revisions

Turnaround estimates are provided in good faith and depend on the timely delivery of content and feedback from you. Each package includes a set number of revision rounds (see Packages). Additional revision rounds beyond what’s included may be billed separately; we’ll always confirm the cost with you before doing extra work.

Your responsibilities

To meet turnaround estimates, you agree to provide requested content (text, images, logos, and feedback) in a timely manner. Delays in providing content or feedback may extend your project timeline accordingly.

Cancellations & refunds

• If you cancel before we begin work on your project, we’ll issue a full refund, less any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by Stripe.
• Once work has begun, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis according to the amount of work completed, and are issued at our discretion.
• Custom project deposits are non-refundable once discovery or scoping work has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Ownership & intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the final website files and content created specifically for your project. We retain the right to reuse general design techniques, code patterns, and non-confidential methods developed during your project in other work, and to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Third-party costs

Hosting, domain registration, and third-party tools (such as booking or e-commerce software) are billed separately, at cost, and are not included in package pricing unless explicitly stated.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the applicable project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
